Anmeldeformular für die Teilnahme unseres 25-Jahre-Jubiläums-Events, "R(h)einhau 2025" in Köln.
Die Freifechter werden 25 Jahre alt - das muss gefeiert werden!

Wir freuen uns, uns mit euch zu zu zwei Tagen Workshops, fechten und feiern in Köln zu treffen.

 

Es gibt ein buntes Programm für alle Teilnehmenden!
- Bekannte Trainer:innen, die uns in ihren Lieblingsdisziplinen unterrichten
- Vorträge über Quellen, Klingen und mehr
- Ein gemeinsames Abendessem am Samstag
- Ein offizielles DDHF-Ranglistenturnier im Langen Schwert
- Mittagsessen vor Ort
- Zeit für (neue und alte) Freunde und um zu fechten
- und vieles mehr... :)

Hinweis: Deine Anmeldung ist erst nach vollständigem Zahlungseingang deiner Anmeldegebühr gültig und final.
Du erhältst von uns eine Registrierungsbestätigung via Email. Zu zahlen ist der volle Teilnahmebetrag plus anfallende "Addons" (Teilnahme am Turnier, Event-Shirt, etc.) auf das unten genannte Bankkonto. Die Zahlung deiner Teilnahmegebühr ist fällig zu Freitag,13. Juni 2025.
Ebenfalls der Hinweis, dass die Gebühren bei Abmeldung/Storno nur bis 6. Juni 2025 rückerstattet werden können.
NICHT IM PREIS ENTHALTEN:
Abendessen am Samstag. Leider ist es uns nicht möglich, die Kosten für das Abendessen aller Teilnehmenden in unserer Kalkulation zu berücksichtigen. Das Abendessen findet auf Selbstzahler-Basis statt.
Unterkunft/Hotel. Um Übernachtung müsst ihr euch ebenfalls selbst kümmern. Es gibt einige Hotels und B&Bs um die Hallen herum, ebenso ist die Kölner Innenstadt nicht allzu weit entfernt, sowohl mit dem Auto als auch dem ÖPNV.

Registration form for attending our 25-year annivarsary: "R(h)einhau 2025" in Cologne, Germany.
Die Freifechter turn 25 this year - that's something we want to celebrate!
We'd love to meet you in Cologne for two days of workshops, fencing and celebration!
We have planned a diverse program for everyone attending.
- Renowned instructors teaching their favourite HEMA discplines
- Lectures covering sources, blades and more
- a communal saturday dinner in Cologne
- an official DDHF (German umbrella organisation) longsword-tournament
- lunch on-site
- Time for making friends - and fence with them
- and much more... :)
Please note that your registration will only be validated after payment of your full participation fee.
You will receive an email-confirmation. You will have to transfer the full amount (basic participation fee + addons as shirt or tournament) to our account.
Payment is due before friday, June 13, 2025. Please understand that, in case of cancellation, your payment can only be refunded until June 6, 2025.
NOT INCLUDED:
Please take note that saturday communal dinner will NOT be included in your general participation fee. There will be lunch on-site which is included, but unfortunately we cannot cover dinner for everyone in our pricing calculations.
Accommodation/hotel costs are also NOT included and have to be arranged by yourself.
When taking the adress of our location, there are a couple of hotels and B&Bs around the venue, also Cologne's inner city is not too far, either by car or public transport.
